Destroyer of Worlds, Leopold I of Belgium was Victoria's uncle, and well respected. Leopold II was his son (and Victoria's cousin), but was infamous for his exploitation of the Congo Free State (later the Belgian Congo) and for his scandalous private life.
arrrggg I suppose we can not refuse to acknowledge him as royalty. But the man was an evil monster.
